Shipping policy

We appreciate your business and want you to be happy with your order. If you are unsatisfied with any item for any reason, you can return it for a full refund [minus the original shipping costs]. No refunds/returns for skateboards, stickers, prints, jewelry, headwear, etc. ALL RETURNS MUST BE UNWORN, UNWASHED AND UNDAMAGED . All sale items are final.

You must email customer service at jesse@hurstscreenprinting.com within 30-days of receiving your order, prior to shipping anything back. Only items purchased at DGAFofficial.com can be returned. Customers are financially responsible for shipping the item back to DGAF Official. DGAF Official will not be held accountable for any lost or stolen packages.

PREPARE YOUR PACKAGE
Pack your return securely with the original packaging if possible. Please include a note with your name and order number.

DROP IT IN THE MAIL
Use the courier service of your choice to return your item(s) to the following address:

WAIT FOR YOUR REFUND
Return parcels may take multiple weeks to be delivered at our warehouse. Once your return has arrived, please allow 1-2 weeks for your refund to be processed. We’ll send you an email once the refund is on its way.
